1. When submitting the order form, your order is not confirmed yet.  Once it is received, we will contact you within 24 hours. You will receive an email with the total amount to be paid for your order.

2. All payments need to be completed 7 days prior to the pick-up/delivery date. Your order is officially confirmed once payment is received.

3. Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full no later than 5 days prior to the pick-up/delivery date. There will be no refund for cancellations after this deadline.

4. Orders placed within less than 7 days must be paid in full immediately. Orders must be placed at least 4 days prior to the pick-up/delivery date. Exceptions will be made when we have extra inventory, which we encourage you to ask about. There are no refunds on such orders.

5. Payment can be done by Venmo or Zelle.
