2. Do you deliver?

​Yes! We do offer free delivery within a 10 miles radius of Redondo Beach, CA. Please provide us with the delivery address upon ordering so we can confirm the availability.

 

3. Do you ship?

Unfortunately we do not ship. We offer local pick up and delivery.

4. Where are you located?

La Ganache currently operates out of a licensed home kitchen in Redondo Beach, CA. We do not have a storefront, but we do offer pick up in Redondo Beach, CA or delivery within a 10 miles radius.

5. Where is your bakery?

​Our dream is to open up a local bakery! With your help and support, we will get there. But in the meantime, feel free to place an order anytime!                    to fill out the order form!

6. What are your hours?

Since we don't have a storefront, we don't have a set range of hours but feel free to contact us from 9am-6pm!

 

7. How far in advance do I have to place an order?

We ask for the order to placed at least 7 days prior to the desired pick-up date. But if your order is larger than 5 dozen, please allow at least 14 days. But contact us anyway and we can try and make it work!

8. How should I store my Macarons?

​​If you plan to store it overnight, keep them in the fridge then let them sit in room temperature at least 30 minutes before serving. If you plan to store them for over a week, move them to an airtight container and freeze them, and let them thaw for 1-2 hours before consumption.

 

9. How long do they last?

​Macarons are very delicate... so not very long! They are good for about 3-4 days. They will last up to 1 week if stored properly in the fridge, or 1 month in the freezer.

10. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full no later than 5 days prior to the pick-up/delivery date. There will be no refund for cancellations after this deadline.
